As teeth are developing, the toxin hydrofluorosilicic acid replaces enamel in your teeth, leaving a visisble gray line that appears longitudinally along the tooth’s surface. The fluoride deposit is much weaker than enamel, and when deposited in teeth and bones it weakens their density, leading to fractures.
